Who Are WE?

We are just like you! A student, a teacher or a fighter. Just the way you are – an employee or an employer, a journalist, a writer, an artist or a musician, a storyteller or a businessman, a homemaker, a blogger, a dreamer, a creator or an active individual on social networking platforms. Someone who loves to enjoy every aspect of life – new friends, festivals, explore new places, whose taste buds are tickled with every new food, who loves music, wants to achieve many things in this human life. Truly – we represent the very you.

That’s not just all, something remarkable has happened with us – we have experienced a unique form of meditation technique – called ‘Sahaja Yoga’ – which is effortless, spontaneous and verifiable and this experience has transformed our lives. We have discovered the existence of an inner source of joy which is present within every one of us. The manifestation of this inner joy has made us more relaxed, peaceful and moral.

Over time, we have developed a better degree of control over our thoughts, emotions, aggression, feelings and stress. Sahaja Yoga is a living process, we are enjoying its’ benefits in our everyday life. Living every moment, a little more “fully” each day.

Even being part of this modern era where everyone is extremely busy and under constant stress, we are experiencing living a life which is more fulfilling and rewarding and has improved the quality of our human life. At the same time, we are enjoying an innate sense of togetherness and connection with people around us. This sense of collectiveness has helped us to evolve as a dynamic group of people – who are ready to spread this message of love and joy to every corner of society.

Experience Now!

Meditation can be an effective form of stress reduction and has the potential to improve quality of life. Meditation involves achieving a state of ‘thoughtless awareness’ in which the excessive stress producing activity of the mind is neutralized without reducing alertness and effectiveness. The logical question is how to achieve it? It is the seeking within all of us which prepares us towards the happening. Before going any further on the subject, we propose that you experience it first hand. Think of the time when you first drove a vehicle. Did you read about the mechanics involved before enjoying your first ride? Similarly, we propose that you experience the joy of meditation before diving deeper into the subject. Since your seeking has brought you to this point, let us work towards experiencing it.

I Am As Busy As You Are But I learnt How To Balance Through Meditation!

It has not been many years I am practicing Sahaja Yoga but in these past few years, I have grown immense respect for the life god has blessed me with. My life involves a close knit family, which means an everyday play of expectations, and household chores. A generation Z boy and the time he […]

This Is How Meditation Has Helped Me Throughout My Life

I am a 76-year-old grandmother and have been practising Sahaja Yoga for 34 years.  A young boy from Chennai said, “Aunty, whoever talks about you says you are very strong”.  “Yes, I am strong, but not like a wrestler”. I am mentally and spiritually strong, and that is because of my honest and sincere practice […]

Addressing The Noise In Your Head- Meditation Is The Key!

Growing up meditating is something I’ll be ever grateful for. It has been a constant. It’s almost impossible to truly describe how comforting knowing that is. In these times where there are so much hatred and so much shallowness, isn’t it a blessing if you have something to hold on to; something that is above […]

SahajaYoga And Me

5 Reasons Why Sahaja Yoga is Relevant for Millennials Now, More Than Ever!

As a 90’s child born in the concluding days of the millennium, my adulthood in the 21st century is distinctly different from that of my parents. I, like my fellow millennials, have witnessed, first hand, the technological revolution that took over India in the late 90s and which has only been expanding since. We are […]
