Present within all of us is a subtle system consisting of nadis (channels) and chakras (energy centres). How do we tap into this innate energy and knowledge?

The answer is Self Realisation. Through this simple and natural process, our dormant Kundalini energy gets awakened and moves along the subtle system, nourishing it and bringing it into balance.

After Self Realisation, we get connected to the all-pervading divine power — the same living force that makes a seed sprout and a flower bloom.
