Overcome stress with no effort
Sahaja Yoga meditation awakens kundalini energy, which brings overall balance within an individual. Kundalini energy makes it possible to achieve a state of complete mental silence also called ‘Thoughtless Awareness’. Such a state is not mental, or imaginary, rather it is an actualization. At this time, an individual enjoys being in present state. Usually all our thoughts emanate from either past or the future, but when we are in present we can enjoy the ‘Thoughtless awareness’.
As a direct consequence of this, one becomes completely calm and relaxed. Regular meditation has proven therapeutic benefits such as stress relief, increased productivity, mental balance, instilling of positive emotions such as joy, self-contentment and sense of security.
