Kundalini energy makes it possible to achieve a state of complete mental silence also called ‘Thurya Avastha’. This activates the parasympathetic nervous system.  As a direct consequence of this, you become completely calm and relaxed. Such a state has proven therapeutic benefits such as stress relief, increased productivity, mental balance, instilling of positive emotions such as joy, self-contentment and sense of security and also increased emotional intelligence.
